After months of anticipation, the Nike Air Yeezy 2 has an official drop date. Both the “Platinum” and Black/Pink colorway are slated to drop in the US and worldwide on June 9th at select retailers in limited numbers.Slimmer and sleeker than the Air Yeezy 1, this pair focuses on fit and function by tailoring it to Kanye West’s foot. Tennis, training, and texture inspire the Air Yeezy 2, as conveyed on the Tech Challenge II sole, molded forefoot strap, and hand skived anaconda panel. References to ancient civilization provide detail and history in the form of hieroglyphics on the loop strap and leather lace toggle that carries the Roman numeral ‘II’.

New Photos On The Set Of "Iron Man 3"

In the comics, Savin eventually turns into a cyborg menace named Coldblood, but here it looks like the studio is switching things up a little bit by giving him a new identity. It will be interesting to see if Savin's character is government sponsored, or if the stars and stripes on the armor are just for show.

This development differs slightly from the comics where Norman Osborn, aka The Green Goblin, was the original Iron Patriot during the "Dark Reign" storyline. However, Osborn is a Spider-Man character, which means that his movie rights belong to Sony, not Marvel/Disney.

When we heard Andre 3000 would be playing Jimi Hendrix in an upcoming biopic called All Is By My Side, it was a little hard to imagine. The stylish Three Stacks can pull off a lot of looks, but could he morph into the flamboyant guitar legend of the '60s? Justin Bieber Is Suspected For Criminal Battery

Bieber was hanging out at a mall earlier today called The Commons in Calabasas, California where he currently lives. During his outing, a paparazzo attempted to take his picture. TMZ reports that some sort of altercation happened between the photographer and Bieber.

The photographer called 911 but it was too late. When police officials arrived, Bieber and his girlfriend Selina Gomez had fled the scene.

The photographer told officers that he had pains in his upper torso, which he was then admitted to a local hospital and then released shortly after. He later filed a police report claiming that Bieber was responsible. The police are investigating this incident as a misdemeanor battery.

Kanye West premiered his film, Cruel Summer, at the Cannes Film Festival today, and details and pictures are starting to surface. If you've been wondering what Kanye's "immersive seven-screen experience" is all about, check out some pictures above, and get some insight into the plot and details of Kanye's latest project below, courtesy of Logan Hill:

Cruel Summer is the story of a Lamborghini car thief who falls for a beautiful blind Arabic girl who's father will let them marry if he can help her see. So he (Kid Cudi) does using strings that lead her around palace to play music.

Kanye West says it's a work in progress but it's wildly stylish, huge booming soundtrack, Vanessa beecroft production design. Immersive fun.

Kanye says he had to get script approval in Qatar. He needed 20 camels, 100 extras, and around 20 Lambos.

His female star (Sarah A., an intern at Doha Film Institute, pictured above) is the star of Cruel Summer.

The film features fashion he designed and pieces by local Arabic designers, shot in 4 days, 3 months start to almost-finish.

2 Chainz Arrested Over Possession Of Brass Knuckles

2 Chainz was set to appear at a concert in North Carolina later this evening. Moments before taking off from LaGuardia Airport in New York City, he was arrested when cops found brass knuckles on his carry-on bag.

Chainz – real name Tauheed Epps – entered the Delta terminal when police stopped him to investigate his luggage. He was then taken into custody and charged with misdemeanor possession of a criminal weapon. The arrested occurred at 1:45 p.m. local time.
